Katlego danke has over the years branded herself to be the model career woman. The University of Cape Town graduate probably made the sober decision to make herself the model celebrity for young girls not just across our country but all across the continent.

Danke has had a passion for performing since she was a child, so it’s no surprise that she chose to study arts at the university. She has appeared in a number of films, including Miss Tertiary Feel, Beyond The Veil, and The Town That Was Mad. Her previous TV performances included cameos in films and shows such as Sewende Laan (2003) and SOS (2001).

She has appeared on the covers of publications such as Drum, True Love, and Real when she is not in front of the camera. She’s also been named as one of FHM’s 100 sexiest women in the world twice, in 2006 and 2011.

Katlego Danke has also given motivational presentations to young people for organizations such as the ANC Women’s League, the National Department of Health, the Sonke Gender Justice Network, and the World Bank.

She earned a big break in 2015 when she was named the brand ambassador for Philips Avent, an international baby products firm. Her dedication to children has led her to collaborate with organizations such as the Abraham Kriel Children’s Home and the Johannesburg Children’s Home.
