A lovely lady is looking for a PERSONAL ASSISTANT to assist her

Area: Modderfontein

Working hours: Mon – Fri: 08:00 – 18:00

Start date: ASAP – Permanent role

Duties:

The employee shall perform personal assistant duties to the employer, which shall include but not be limited to:

Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. Organising events and conferences. Reminding the employer of important tasks and deadlines as well as managing their calendar. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. Managing databases and filing systems. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients. Collating and filing expenses. Conducting research on behalf of the employer. Organizing the manager’s personal commitments e.g travel, groceries etc. Any other duties that the employer may request of the employee from time to time.

Requirements:

Must live in Johannesburg. Must please be willing to travel with employer if necessary. Must please have a grade 12. Must have great time and organizational skills. Preferably a car (not a must), at least 1-year work experience in this field – it is not a must though but a preference. Efficient, trustworthy & reliable who’s aged 21 years and older

Salary: R15000 – R16500 per month plus SARS Rates (R4.18) per km

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill in the following requirements:

**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
****Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months of driving experience.
****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
****Must have a clear criminal record
****Must have a passion for children
****Must have Matric
****Must have a South African ID document.
