Marvel’s The Fantastic Four: First Steps cast turned heads at a glamorous fan event in Berlin this week.
Pedro Pascal, who leads as Reed Richards, arrived in style, donning a paisley-print shirt and a matching Tom Ford scarf.

His look quickly became the talk of social media, with many fans calling him the “internet’s favourite daddy” once again, according to India Today.
Vanessa Kirby, who plays Sue Storm, made an equally striking entrance. She wore a sleek, form-fitting black dress that showcased her baby bump.
Kirby, 37, is expecting her first child with retired lacrosse player Paul Rabil. The actress radiated confidence and joy as she mingled with fans and posed for photos with her co-stars.

The Berlin event was more than just a red carpet affair. Fans arrived dressed as their favourite Marvel characters, creating a festive atmosphere.
The cast, including Joseph Quinn (Johnny Storm) mingled with the crowd, signed autographs, and shared laughs.
The camaraderie among the actors was clear, both on and off the stage. Pedro Pascal spoke about the pressure and excitement of joining the Marvel universe.
“Each time you step into one, and you feel like this can’t be scarier, you find out, oh, this is scarier,” he said. The actor reflected on the responsibility of playing such an iconic character.

He added, “The lucky thing is to anchor yourself so completely to a partnership. To your colleagues, to the original kind of authorship of this particular telling of the Fantastic Four.
It holds you and really, really can be the perfect antidote to the fear and to the pressure and stuff like that. You just wrap yourself around that”.
Vanessa Kirby praised Pascal’s openness on set. “He doesn’t have much armour, so he reveals himself to you right away. You trust that person because he’s showing himself in such a courageous manner”.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps promises to be a major event for superhero fans worldwide, including those in South Africa.
The film follows Marvel’s First Family as they face their greatest enemy yet – Galactus, the cosmic being who threatens to consume the world.
The movie features a star-studded supporting cast, including Ralph Ineson as Galactus, Julia Garner, and John Malkovich.

As anticipation builds, the Berlin event has set the tone for what promises to be one of the year’s most memorable blockbusters.
As Pascal put it, “You just never know if people are going to be disgusted by your heart or not. But we put all of our hearts on a platter within this genre”.
