In a report made to the police regarding an assault incident, Nicole Kendall Chinsamy, Emtee’s estranged wife, claimed that he is a drug user.

The report stated, “The husband is known as Mthembeni Ndevu, with a contact number (number withheld). The complainant alleges that he is also a drug user. Case docket opened for further police investigations.”

Responding to the report, Ndevu dismisses it as old news, acknowledging his previous use of substances.
