Local is lekker! It seems like Pearl Modiadie and Andile Ncube are trying to keep it local after realising that their international lovers aren’t so in love with them.
You’ll remember that Pearl made waves when her European lover dumped her just months after they welcomed their adorable baby boy. As for Andile, the whole world so how he acted like a lovesick puppy while chasing the Ugandan socialite Zari.

From all indications, Andile and Pearl are ready to move on as they were spotted cuddling and kissing at the popular Tashas restaurant in Morningside, last month.
According to sources who spoke to a local publication they are still getting to know each other… we do hope the ‘getting to know each other won’t take months’ after all life is too short, lol.
Moving right along, “Their thing is not old. We are not sure if it’s serious yet, but Andile is a flirt and Pearl is single. So, we don’t know how far this will go,” said a source to the publication.
However, the former Metro FM DJ who is obviously trying to keep things hush hush, insisted that they’re just friends.
“We are friends. We are not dating. We are good friends,” she said to the publication. Call Andile and ask him. We are just good friends. I have not seen him in quite a long time,” she said.
“We did go to Tashas. I mean, friends do go for breakfast every now and then, don’t they? We are not together,” she added.
Now, where have we heard those words? Oh well, eyewitnesses are convinced that the two are very much dating. “They came [here] last month. They sat at the table next to the tree and were holding hands and touching one another like a couple,” said one of the restaurant staff.

“They even left together and kissed in the parking lot in front of a lot of people. They looked very cosy and touchy,” said another staffer.
