Oscar Pistorius’s sister Aimee has reportedly wed her British partner over the weekend. The convicted murderer – who shot and killed his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in 2013 – is unable to travel due to his strict parole conditions in place.

Last year, the now 38-year-old was released on parole after serving half of his murder sentence.

Oscar is now reportedly ready to settle down with his own partner, business consultant Rita Greyling.

OSCAR PISTORIUS’S SISTER WEDS

According to reports, Oscar Pistorius’s sister Aimee Pistorius married her British partner in a wedding abroad. The youngest of the Pistorius siblings left South Africa to settle in the UK after her brother’s high-profile murder trial.

Attending the wedding were Aimee’s paternal uncle, Arnold, and his wife, Louis.

Oscar, who is bound by strict parole conditions that limit his travel, likely stayed behind at his family home in Waterkloof, Pretoria.

Her oldest brother, Carl Pistorius, hinted at attending after posting a screenshot on Instagram of a map used by the Heathrow Express Train. Weeks before, he also posted an image of what appeared to be Aimee enjoying her bridal shower.

Aimee and her partner will reportedly host another wedding celebration in South Africa later this year.

LEAVING SOUTH AFRICA AND HER SIBLINGS

In 2016, Aimee Pistorius left the country to settle abroad in the UK. There, she began working as a business consultant for Investec.

According to psychologist Dr Jonathan Scholtz, Aimee’s departure was due to her need to escape the stress and scrutiny of her brother Oscar Pistorius’s murder trial in South Africa.

Aimee- who has shunned social media in recent years – previously berated the press and the public for their comments condemning her brother Oscar.
