But Pirates may be punching above their financial weight.
Due to his successful stints at top clubs and proven track record as a “serial winner”, Rose operates in a salary bracket significantly higher than what the Buccaneers have typically paid their coaches. Sources close to the negotiations admit this could be a deal-breaker.
