Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed Lazalous Kambole and Lebogang Manyama’s exit from Naturena, as the club continues their squad revamp.

The Glamour Boys are working on their new “revolution”, as it was called by Sporting Director, Kaizer Motaung Jr and are revamping their playing squad.

While Zitha Kwinika and Ashley Du Preez were already confirmed as new signings, the club also announced that Samir Nurkovic’s expiring deal will not be extended.

The next player departure was then announced about 45 minutes later, with Kambole the next out the door at Naturena.

“Striker Lazalous Kambole, a 2019 acquisition from Zambian side, Zesco United is headed for new pastures after scoring two goals in his 46 appearances for the Glamour Boys,” Chiefs said in a statement.

“We wish him well in the future.”

In addition to Kambole, who featured 46 times for Amakhosi, scoring just two goals, Manyama will also leave the club.

“Lebogang Manyama will also be out of contract at the end of June and is free to find a new team,” the statement reads.

“The attacking midfielder joined Amakhosi in August 2018 from Turkish side Konyaspor and played 95 matches, scoring on 15 occasions. All the best Lebo.”

Manyama had made 98 appearances for the club, scoring 15 goals and assisting 15 more since joining from Konyaspor in 2018.
