Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook

The ability to work on your own initiative and to meet deadlines

Attention to detail

Well organised

Reliable transport to work

Duties include but are not limited to:

Filling and Archiving

Data Capturing

Reconciling Invoices to statements

Assisting with debtors

Preparing Reports

Customer Quotations

Ordering stock, stationary, supplies

Answering Calls and directing them or taking messages

Corresponding to all email queries

Maintaining systems and procedures

General ad-hoc duties
