Swallows FC interim coach Musa Nyatama is focusing on saving the team not on the changing of coaches at the club.
Nyatama worked under several coaches at Swallows, and the former Mamelodi Sundowns aim to use that to his advantage and save the club from relegation.
The former Orlando midfielder worked under Dylan Kerr before he was shown the door and got replaced by Ernst Midderndorp.
The former Kaizer Chiefs mentor left the club for third division side in Germany SV Meppen. Morgan Mammila was roped in after parting ways with Chippa United.
Speaking with the media Nyatama mentioned that there’s not much difference in the coaches that he worked with and his focus on retaining the club’s status and seeing what happens next season
“At the moment the focus is getting the team out of the relegation zone, not much different from the previous coaches,” Nyatama said.
“I don’t want to dwell too much on what happened to previous coaches. I want to focus on taking the team out of relegation and see what happens next season.
“I also need to continue getting my badges. But not the focus would be the responsibility to take the team out of relegation.”
