Reality TV star and podcaster Nozipho Ntshangase fulfilled her promise by sharing an update seven days after her surgery.

The Mommy Club star recently went under the knife for a tummy tuck and liposuction; which she called a ‘mommy makeover’ surgery.

Nozipho shared an update on her Instagram page by posting a video clip, where she showcased her post-operative recovery.

In a previous video, Nozipho had promised an update of her surgery; where she would reveal more details.

She recently revealed a glimpse of her recovery journey, showing her pain management, swelling, mobility and bruises. During her recovery, media personality Nonkanyiso Chonco, better known as LaConco, is her support system.

Sharing her update, she said: “It’s been seven days since my Abdominoplasty procedure. First of all, I think I have to give a big shout to Chrysis Sofianos, my surgeon guys is so amazing. The nurses at the clinic post op, literally phenomenal. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me.”

Nozipho shared that the first few days after her surgery were painless, thanks to her C-Sections.

“But the 4x c-sections have made me a pain tolerant momma. Out of 10, I can honestly say the pain level has been a 3. But to be fair, I’m taking those painkillers religiously.

“The drains have been the worst for me. I love sleeping on my sides and curling myself up into foetal position but not here honey. It has been reclined back position day in day out, back pains are killing me,” she penned.

However, she also expressed that all this was worth it.

“I look in the mirror and I’m like damn girl. Even I wasn’t ready for this snatchness – Even though there’s some swelling, I’m loving the results already,” she said.
