Northern Cape ABC Motsepe League playoffs set for Sunday, 22 May 2022, may be affected due to the ongoing case between Upington City and NC Professionals.

This comes after NC Pros, who finished second in Stream A, have challenged the City ruling, who won their case for fielding an ineligible player.

The game in the context in which Bafana Ba Gucci is alleged to have used an ineligible player took place on January 29 against Olifantshoek Young Stars.
