Nonku Williams shows off results after virtual lift

Reality TV star Nonku Williams has been loving her new look after recently undergoing a virtual lift procedure.

The The Real Housewives of Durban star shared an update with fans a few days after having the treatment done and proudly showed off the early results.

A “virtual lift” refers to non-surgical, minimally invasive treatments such as injectables, threads, or laser therapies used to lift sagging skin, restore volume, and contour the face without surgery. The treatment has become increasingly popular among celebrities and beauty lovers who want a refreshed and sculpted appearance without going under the knife.

NONKU WILLIAMS SHARES DAY ONE RESULTS

Nonku shared her results after day one and told fans that she was already impressed with the outcome.

“I wanted to share the results with you, so this is day one after my procedure which I did yesterday. So I did a virtual lift on my sides, to give me that snatched look. What I love about this it just gets better with time. I will be able to see the full results in 2 months. Every single day it keeps on getting better and better,” she said.

The reality TV star also opened up about the recovery process and revealed that the swelling and pain were manageable.

“I’m still swollen because I’m still not able to chew properly. The pain level is bearable, because all I’m taking is just Panado. I’m still not allowed to sleep on my sides, which is the worst thing because I don’t know how to sleep like this (her back). I have to sleep like this, but I’m just so happy guys. I’m so happy and its so worth it. The pain level, from a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 3 or a 4. It is not bad at all,” she added.

NONKU WILLIAMS RETURNS WITH ANOTHER UPDATE

The star later returned with another update after day two and shared that the swelling had already started going down.

“Today is day two’s post about my procedure and I just couldn’t wait to get home and share this beautiful video because I cannot get over myself. Look at my chin, look at my cheek bones. The swelling has gone down,” she said.

Nonku added that it was only day two and she was already “looking fabulous.”

The media personality has never shied away from speaking openly about cosmetic procedures and skincare treatments. This is not the first time she has been honest with fans about the work she has done.

Back in September 2025, Nonku openly discussed several procedures and treatments that helped her maintain a youthful appearance. She listed Dermafrac facials, microcurrent treatments, chemical peels, glow drips and supplements, retinol and glutathione creams, Botox, lip enhancements, fillers, PRP (platelet-rich plasma), thread lifts, and fat-dissolving injections.

NONKU’S HONESTY AND TRANSPARENCY

The television personality also admitted that she previously underwent liposuction on other parts of her body.

“Honesty & transparency: I did have liposuction for my arms, back, tummy & thighs, but the face? 100% non-surgical glow! Invest in yourself. Be patient. Trust the process. The right hands will bring out the best in you,” she said.
