As 2025 draws to a close, South African reality TV personality Nonku Williams has left her followers with a deeply moving message that has resonated with many online.

The former Real Housewives of Durban cast member took to social media on New Year’s Eve to reflect on the year and encourage those who have faced pain, loss and hardship.

Williams shared a short video accompanied by a spiritual message aimed at people who may be struggling as the year ends.

Speaking directly to viewers, she reminded them that survival itself is a sign of strength and purpose. “Happy New Year! There’s something that is in my spirit that I feel I should share with someone who needs to hear this message,” she said.

“2025 had losses you suffered, I don’t know the pain you had to endure, but you are still alive and breathing. God hasn’t given up on you, so do not give up on yourself.”

The heartfelt words struck a chord with many fans, who flooded the comment section with messages of gratitude and support, praising her honesty and vulnerability.

Alongside the video, Williams shared a lengthy caption reflecting on the highs and lows of the past year while looking ahead with faith and optimism.

“As we close the chapter on 2025, let’s take a moment to reflect on the lessons we’ve learned, the laughter we’ve shared, and the tears we’ve shed,” she wrote.

She encouraged her followers to carry forward the growth and resilience gained over the year while releasing emotional burdens.

“As we look to 2026, let’s leave the hurts, the heartaches, and the disappointments of this year behind us.”

The reality star also expressed hope for what lies ahead, adding, “Let’s choose to forgive, to let go, and to move forward with hope and expectation. God has great things in store for us, and I believe this is going to be a year of restoration, breakthrough, and joy.”

She ended her message on a hopeful note, urging fans to step into the new year with gratitude and faith.

“Let’s bury 2025 and step into 2026 with fresh eyes, open hearts, and a spirit of gratitude. It’s gonna be a great year, fam!”
