Nkota, Dlamini, R57 million valuation

Today’s Orlando Pirates rumours swirling around involve talk of Mohau Nkota’s potential availability and Kabelo Dlamini’s uncertain future.

Al-Ettifaq open to offers for ex-Orlando Pirates man Nkota

According to reports, Saudi Pro League side Al-Ettifaq has placed a €3 million (R57 million) valuation on Mohau Nkota’s head. The 21-year-old wide attacker hasn’t really set the world alight for his new side, managing a meagre two goals and three assists in 17 Saudi Pro League outings this term.

Masilela wants Dlamini at Kaizer Chiefs

Former Bafana and Kaizer Chiefs left-back stalwart Tsepo Masilela believes that Chiefs would be silly not to try and swoop in to sign midfield schemer Dlamini. Pirates manager Abdeslam Ouaddou had recently spoken out and addressed why the versatile 29-year-old has been out of action in recent weeks. However, local outlets and pundits believe he’s actually signed a pre-contract with Kaizer Chiefs.

Orlando Pirates keep their noses in front

Orlando Pirates held their nerve to clinch a dramatic 2-1 win over Polokwane City in the Betway Premiership. The Sea Robbers are level at the summit with Sundowns on 44 points after 19 rounds. However, Pirates lead the way by virtue of goal difference with 11 matches to play.
