Ngizwe Mchunu has come under fire after a video surfaced of him body-shaming media personality Sol Phenduka during an episode of Podcast and Chill.

The clip, which quickly made rounds on X, left fans of the show outraged and defending Phenduka against what many described as unnecessary and disrespectful remarks.

The incident occurred during an interview on Phenduka’s YouTube channel on Thursday, 9 October 2025.

Mchunu, who has been making headlines recently after being denied entry into Kwa Mai-Mai following his controversial homophobic comments, shocked viewers with his comments toward the host.

In the viral snippet shared by user @ThisIsColbert, Mchunu can be heard calling Phenduka “s’dudla mafehlefehle”,  a Zulu phrase mocking someone’s weight.

The post was captioned, “Wait, did Ngizwe Mchunu call Sol Phenduka ‘s’dudla mafehlefehle’? That’s body shaming, man. This episode was supposed to be a teachable moment, I feel robbed.”

Fans of Podcast and Chill rallied behind Phenduka, condemning Mchunu’s remarks and praising the radio personality for maintaining his composure during the uncomfortable exchange.
