  • Dr. Nandipha Magudumana appeared head over heels as she reunited with convicted murderer Thabo Bester during their pre-trial hearing in Bloemfontein.
  • The pair, dressed in matching black and yellow outfits, couldn’t hide their joy at seeing each other again.
  • Their high-profile case has been postponed to December 5 after Magudumana’s legal team filed an application to overturn her extradition ruling.

Convicted murderer and rapist Thabo Bester, alongside his partner and co-accused Dr. Nandipha Magudumana, appeared before the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court on Friday for their pre-trial hearing.

Bester, Magudumana, her father Zolile Sekeleni, and several former prison guards face multiple charges, including aiding Bester’s 2022 prison escape, arson, and violating the corpse of Katlego Bereng.

Despite the serious charges, Magudumana seemed overjoyed to reunite with Bester.

She arrived in court with fresh hair and nails, dressed in a striking black and yellow suit, while Bester complemented her look in black with yellow-tinted shades.

The couple appeared happy and affectionate, stealing the spotlight with their chemistry.

Bester argued that he has not had enough time to consult with his legal team, insisting this could compromise his right to a fair trial.

The case has been postponed to December 5, 2025.
