Musa Mthombeni and friends on boys’ trip

Dr Musa Mthombeni is living his best life on a boys’ trip to Thailand, a refreshing change from his usual travel adventures with his wife, former Miss SA Liesl Laurie.

The TV personality and medical doctor has been sharing snippets from the getaway on social media, showing himself and his close-knit group of friends soaking in everything the tropical destination has to offer.

From swimming and beachside relaxation to biking and exploring scenic spots, the group appears to be having the time of their lives.

In one of his posts, Musa reflected on the depth of their bond, explaining that the trip is part of a longstanding tradition.

“Twenty years plus of friendship on our annual or biannual or whatever you want to call it, boys’ trip!” he wrote.

“Daddies are up! We will continue to be up until the money runs out (which is very soon). Our wives miss us dearly! We will be back, baby girls,” he added, jokingly assuring their partners back home.
