Musa Mseleku on MaKhumalo’s infertility journey

The dynamics within Musa Mseleku and Thobile MaKhumalo’s marriage just keep getting more complicated and shocking with every episode of Uthando Nes’thembu in season nine.

In an episode aired on Wednesday, 4 March, MaKhumalo addressed various issues within their marriage, especially the heartbreaking remarks made by Musa about how she’s “failing” at bearing children after so many years in marriage.

MAKHUMALO DROPS SHOCKING REVEAL

In the previous episodes, we saw that this season is premised on MaKhumalo and Musa’s strained marriage. The couple hadn’t appeared on-screen together until episode eight, where Musa said they hadn’t seen each other for roughly five months.

During their intense argument, MaKhumalo then shocked everyone by revealing that Musa kept insulting her when the cameras weren’t rolling. He told her that “He’s tired of waiting,” suggesting he’s getting frustrated with her not having children.

Given how sensitive this matter is, it was disheartening for the viewers to see how Musa used it against her, and they speculated that this could be the breaking point that potentially lead to their divorce.

The growing tension between Musa and MaKhumalo is deeper than the viewers could ever imagine. But only time will tell how the couple will make it out of this dark season in their marriage.
