MT Sports, the agency run by Pitso Mosimane’s wife and agent Moira Tlhagale, have confirmed that the South African coach will start the Pitso Mosimane Soccer Schools to help creating the player of tomorrow.
While Mosimane and his Al Ahly side return to domestic football on Wednesday evening after qualifying for their third successive CAF Champions League final, MT Sports confirmed Mosimane has launched the Pitso Mosimane Soccer Schools.
‘Jingles’, arguably Africa’s best coach at the moment, will use his expertise and status to give back to the local game and will develop the next generation of youngsters via his Soccer Schools.
“The Pitso Mosimane Soccer Schools (PMSS) are part of Coach Pitso’s legacy of not only creating the player of tomorrow but also ensuring that he contributes towards football in South Africa for it to go back to the level of excellence that we know it to be, and most importantly reaching new heights,” Tlhagale said in a statement.
Don’t forget, the new FREE iDIski Times newspaper is available at Shoprite stores in Gauteng. It’s another bumper edition with interviews with Mam’Mkhize, former Orlando Pirates captain Lucky Lekgwathi, Portia Modise and Hugo Marques. There is also a feature on the peace talks between Danny Jordaan and Lucas Radebe – all available FOR FREE.
“The aim of the Pitso Mosimane Soccer Schools is to develop a football programme that will have a holistic approach to growing a player both on and off the field.
“The player of tomorrow will be balanced academically, socially, and most importantly, technically.
“Key elements that form part of the PMSS programme is to ensure the employment of the right calibre of coaches; adherence to a specified development plan and ensuring the environment that the players are in is safe and encouraged to thrive,” Keletso Totlhanyo, General Manager of MT Sports Marketing and Management, added.
