However, the celebrated DJ Mr JazziQ has been making all sorts of headlines after he was blue-ticked at the University of Johannesburg. No doubt he has been making all sorts of headlines for the wrong reasons of late, from nasty girlfriend woes to becoming unpopular in the streets because of his pride.
In a viral video that has since flooded social media, Mr JazziQ was trying to roam around the premises, but UJ students blue ticked him, and they went ahead to mize him. It was more than embarrassing. In a video circulating on social media, Mr JazziQ can be seen all smiles while manoeuvring among the University of Johannesburg students.
However, what has struck some of the tweeps is the disinterest that the student showed to Mr JazziQ, who was equally uninterested in a meet and greet.

A year ago, he almost saw himself being cancelled after YouTuber Rae Gopane implicated him in the untimely death of Killer Kau, Mpura and three others. Social Media was set ablaze after YouTuber Rae Gopane blasted JazziQ in one of his podcasts.
The controversial YouTuber lashed out at the Amapiano sensation on his podcast Everything SA Music. He has it that Amapiano duo Killer Kau and Mpura were sacrificed for fame by JazziQ. The duo died a few months ago in a horrific accident and was declared dead on the spot.
“The entire entertainment industry looked past the fact that JazziQ sacrificed Killer Kau and Mpura…for the betterment of his career.”
The YouTuber questioned JazziQ’s friendship with Mpura and Killer Kau. Rea made that bold yet defamatory statement on his podcast with his team, and they, too, were shaken.
