The Umkhonto Wesizwe party is facing backlash from the members who the party fired from Parliament.
Ten of them filed court papers on Monday to challenge their removal from the National Assembly.
They include Thami Khuzwayo, who was a leader of the Student Command of the party.
Khuzwayo was once accused by former MK Youth leader Bonginkosi Khanyile of being used by former MK leader Jabulani Khumalo to oust Jacob Zuma.
He was also accused by Khanyile of being bribed with a Polo Vivo by then ANC deputy president David Mabuza to remove Zuma from the leadership position of MK.
Other applicants are Isaac Menyatso, Mpho Motshegoe, Augustin Madala Qwetha, Grace Mgwebi, Ntombenhle Mkhize, Matholeni Masilela, Bongani Mfiki, Senzo Dlamini and Agnes Mokgotsi.
It is not clear whether the other eight MK members unceremoniously removed from Parliament are in support of the decision to go to court.
Scrolla.Africa is in possession of the papers filed in the Western Cape High Court on Monday morning.
Khuzwayo had already revealed that even before they were removed, they were emotionally abused and treated as outcasts in the corridors of Parliament by their MK comrades.
MK spokesperson Nhlamulo Ndhlela stated that those who were removed put their names on the parliamentary list fraudulently.
He said they even included the name of Zuma which was not part of the plan.
He said the plan was to deploy Zuma in Parliament in the way they deployed impeached former judge John Hlophe.
Ndhlela said they have opened a case against those members. He also accused them of putting their relatives on the list for Parliament.
