Bianca Naidoo, the long-time partner of South African rapper Riky Rick, at the time of his death, took to Instagram to pen a sweet birthday tribute to him on what would have been his 39th birthday.
BIANCA NAIDOO CELEBRATES RIKY RICK’S 39TH BIRTHDAY
Riky Rick, beloved South African rapper, and Boss Zonke amongst others hitmaker, would have turned 39 today Monday 20 July. The rapper passed away on 23 February, when his family confirmed his death. Riky Rick was believed to have taken his own life.
His long-time partner and mother of his son, took to her Instagram Story to pen a birthday message to him. She said she loved and missed him a little more today.
“Happy heavenly 39th birthday to the LOML (love of my life). Love and miss you a little more today,” she wrote.
HOW DID RIKY RICK AND BIANCA NAIDOO MEET?
The pair met at a restaurant in Sandton, Gauteng. Bianca had a child from a previous relationship named Jordan which Riky Rick stepped up as a father for. The pair welcomed their son Maik together in 2014.
“When I met Bianca, and subsequently Jordan, I became more serious about my life and where I wanted to go,” said the rapper to Drum.
“I knew they would need me to be the best man and father I can be, and later on also when Maik was born. My family gives me purpose,” he continued.
The Boss Zonke hitmaker and Bianca were big on family.
“The most important thing for this family is for everyone to be happy and feel like they belong as a part of something bigger,” said Riky Rick.
“We want happiness to be the key to our family so it’s a learning process every day and we are trying to figure out how to do it right as a unit,” saids Bianca.
