Former Miss South Africa Mia Le Roux is embracing newlywed life and giving fans a glimpse into her romantic minimoon with her husband, Luke Tenoever.

The beauty queen took to social media to share loved-up moments from their getaway at the luxurious 57 Waterberg, describing the experience as a special opportunity to create beautiful memories together.
Clearly excited about her new marital status, Mia captioned her post: “Ahhh I’m a whole wife!”
She also shared a heartfelt message dedicated to her husband, expressing gratitude for having him in her life.

In her Instagram post, Mia described Luke as one of the kindest and gentlest people she has ever encountered.
“I feel so blessed and honoured to have you as my husband. You truly have one of the best hearts I’ve ever encountered. You are kind and gentle, and I love you,” she wrote.
The newlywed added that spending time together in their own little bubble had been particularly special.
She also expressed excitement about creating many more memories and building a lifetime of stories with her husband.

Inside Mia and Luke’s luxury minimoon
The couple enjoyed their minimoon, where they experienced the beauty of the bushveld while enjoying some of the finer things in life.
Mia shared some of the highlights of their romantic escape, including relaxing in the swimming pool, enjoying Amarula hot chocolates, going on bushveld safaris and indulging in three-course meals every evening.
The food was clearly one of the highlights of their stay, with Mia singling out the tender wagyu beef served with bone marrow aioli as a memorable dining experience.
She joked that every meal seemed to get better than the previous one, leaving the couple so satisfied they had to waddle back to bed.

Among the memories that stood out for Mia was a sweet moment when Luke told her about the “fairies” responsible for cleaning their room and ensuring everything was stocked up and tidy.
According to Mia, her husband told her with the sweetest smile that he had met the fairies because the couple never actually saw the people taking care of their room.
She described the experience as magical, adding that it was easy to understand why the lodge had earned its reputation as a five-star luxury safari destination.

As she reflected on their minimoon, Mia expressed her excitement about the journey ahead, celebrating the love and companionship she shares with Luke.
“To many more memories and building a lifetime of stories with you, my dear husband,” she concluded.
