Black Leopards head coach Joel Masutha insists it’s only a matter of time before they register the much needed victory that will bring confidence back into the team.
Leopards are in serious danger of being relegated to the SAFA amateur levels if the current GladAfrica Championship log standings are anything to go by.
Lidoda Duvha are rooted at bottom of the log alongside fellow former Premiership club, Jomo Cosmos, both on 15 points with 11 matches remaining.
They have gone seven matches without registering a victory.
“Not really (concerned about the league position). We know we are going to turn the corner,” Masutha told FARPost.
“We know we are going to win games and we have a good team; it is just that one win that we are waiting for and I believe it’s coming.
“Today’s (Wednesday) performance and the effort shown by the boys, considering that almost all our subs were forced subs, so I am happy and I believe it’s just a matter of time before we start hammering teams,” he said.
Leopards next five League matches:
v AmaTuks (position six)
v Hungry Lions (Position 10)
v Richards Bay (Position one)
v Polokwane City (Position four)
v Jomo Cosmos (Position 15)
