The children of Hollywood heavyweights, comedians Martin Lawrence and Eddie Murphy, Jasmin Lawrence and Eric Murphy, hosted a baby shower to celebrate the arrival of their first child together.

Jasmin Lawrence and Eric Murphy have been going strong since announcing their engagement in January 2024.

Lawrence’s daughter, Jasmin, took to Instagram to share a video of Eddie Murphy’s son, Eric, proposing to her, as reported by The South African.

Jasmin (30) and Eric (36) first announced their relationship in July 2021.

They got married in May 2025 in a lavish celebrity wedding.

The couple is quite private, but sparingly shares the big highlights of their lives, such as the baby shower.

They also used the event to announce the name of their soon-to-arrive daughter, Ari Sky Murphy.
