Man Shot Dead At Restaurant At The Zone In Rosebank

On Thursday morning, a local businessman was shot multiple times while dining at Tasha’s restaurant in Rosebank Mall, Johannesburg. It’s believed he was the victim of a ‘alleged hit-job,’ which horrified dozens of customers.
The execution is as daring as it gets. According to reports, two gunmen casually strolled into the restaurant and quickly identified their target. The victim had just placed his food order when he was hit with a hail of bullets.

The men walked out of Tasha’s, hopped in a getaway car, and sped away. Shortly after the ordeal, the manager of the Rosebank Mall restaurant spoke to the media, describing the terrifying scene as a “terrible experience”.
He confirmed that the incident occurred shortly after 10:30 a.m. and that it was over fairly quickly:

An investigation has been launched by the police. Before jumping into their getaway car, the suspects fled through Rosebank Firs. Tasha’s patrons were immediately evacuated as SAPS officers and forensic teams descended on the popular eatery.
Although the motive has yet to be determined, police are considering a pre-planned hit.
