South African music sensation Makhadzi is on the road to recovery following a car accident that occurred while she was traveling from Limpopo to Johannesburg on the morning of December 31.
A statement released on Wednesday confirmed that the award-winning singer is currently receiving medical attention in hospital.

Makhadzi’s team also asked fans and the public to respect the privacy of the star and her family during this time.
“We respectfully request privacy for Makhadzi and her family during this period,” they added.
