Makhadzi Mourns The Death Of Her Fashion Designer

Multi-award-winning musician Makhadzi is mourning the death of renowned fashion designer Quiteria Kekana.

As the fashion industry is mourning, Makhadzi decided to pay tribute to her friend and fashion designer.

Taking to Instagram, Makhadzi penned a heartfelt message saying she was heartbroken by the sudden passing of Quiteria.

“I am heart broken about your passing @quiteria kekana . You were the only person I trusted when it comes of sharing my personal issues,” Makhadzi wrote.

She went down memory lane recalling a time in her life when Quiteria came through for her when she was going through the most.

“I remember 2019 I was broken alot was happening in my life I lost lot of thing including my relationship.

You sent me a DM to come to your workshop so we can start working together , when I arrive to your workshop they were lot of celebrity people ,and I remained in my car waiting for people to Go , just because I thought people will judge me and maybe can see in my face that iam going through a lot.”

“You then came to my car and ask why den I cried and explained , the only thing that I stl remember on that day , is you said: I CALLED YOU BECAUSE OF I WORK WITH QUEENS AND I WANT YOU TO OWN YOUR THRONE , HOW ARE YOU GOING TO OWN YOUR THRONE CRYING FOR THINGS THAT YOU CAN NOT CHANGE.”

On that very day, Makhadzi revealed that Quiteria offered to be her stylist. She said Quiteria is the reason she has been slaying even during lockdown. Makhadzi also praised Quiteria for being the first South African to dress Beyoncé.
