Lisa Rinna reveals her ‘Days of Our Lives’ bully in new book

Lisa Rinna is famous for her role in the soap opera Days of Our Lives. But when her hat as Billie Reed was off, she had a bully to contend with on set.

In her new book, You Better Believe I’m Gonna Talk About It, Rinna names the surprising face of her Hollywood bully: that of the actor who played her onscreen love interest, Robert Kelker-Kelly.

Kelker-Kelly played Bo Brady, the man besotted with Billie Reed, a recovering drug addict and a fan favourite. But behind the scenes, Rinna says he made her life a living hell on set.

Both actors are clearly great at their job because on screen, their chemistry was electric.

The 62-year-old Rinna spoke about her disdain for Kelker-Kelly, telling her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costars that “I hated Robert Kelker-Kelly. Hated him with a passion. He hated me with a passion. There’s a secret for ya!”

“We were a volatile combination, and it looked like love and sexual chemistry on camera, so that was some darn good acting right there,” Rinna added then.

In her new book, Rinna says, “behind-the-scenes we hated each other.”

“… I have legit stories about the real bullies in this town. Robert Kelker-Kelly is one of those bullies,” she said.

“He made my life a living hell on the set of Days. He was horrible to me. I’d go so far as to say verbally abusive. He was passive-aggressive, manipulative, and played weird mind games.”

Kelker-Kelly is now 61 years old. He left the soapie after three years.
