Kharishma hospitalized after tragic car crash

Popular Limpopo musician Kharishma has reportedly been hospitalized following a tragic road accident that claimed one life in Polokwane.

The heartbreaking incident occurred in the early hours of Friday, 31 October 2025, at the intersection of Grobler and Magazyn Streets.

According to reports, the collision happened around 4 a.m., leaving one passenger dead at the scene.

Kharishma, whose real name is Melita Mogale, was rushed to an undisclosed hospital for medical attention.

Her current condition remains unknown, and authorities have yet to release an official statement on the cause of the crash.

Fans have since flooded social media with messages of support and prayers for the star’s recovery.

“Wishing Kharishma a speedy recovery. May the soul of the departed rest in peace,” one fan wrote.

The Lekompo hitmaker, who bagged the 2024 Song of the Year awards on both Thobela FM and Capricorn FM, is no stranger to road mishaps.

She previously survived a car crash in August 2024 following a performance in Sekhukhune.
