Lerato Kgayango and husband Thami bring US star Tank to SA for the launch of their new hall
Media personality Lerato Kganyago and her husband Thami Ndala are pulling out all the stops for the highly anticipated launch of their new business venture.
The couple is preparing to welcome American R&B singer Tank to South Africa for a two-day performance as part of the grand opening celebrations of their newly built Ndala Mall in Pretoria.
Fans of the Maybe I Deserve hitmaker are in for a treat, as the singer, real name Durrell Artaze Babbs confirmed the news in a video posted to his Instagram.
“The Ndala Mall grand opening in Pretoria at the Ndala Arena. I will be performing live this August 2nd and 3rd, two awesome shows. I’m coming, and I’m excited, and I can’t wait to see you,” he said.
Since announcing in January 2025 that they had purchased an entire mall, Lerato and Thami have been building up anticipation for what is expected to be a luxury retail and lifestyle destination.
Now, with a star-studded opening just around the corner, the Ndala Mall launch is shaping up to be more than just a ribbon-cutting, it’s a full-on entertainment experience.
The performances will take place at the mall’s very own Ndala Arena, and access to the event comes with a range of ticket options.
Packages start at R2,500 for Bronze, with the most exclusive Diamond option priced at R15,000. Premium perks include front-row seats and a meet-and-greet opportunity with Tank himself.
Beyond the concert, guests can also look forward to shopping deals, special installations, and a night of premium entertainment, true to the Ndala brand’s signature flair.
