Kurt Lentjies insists he will not change anything as Chippa United head into the DStv Premiership final two matches of the season.
However, he reckons that a win for the Chilli Boys against Swallows might prove vital for survival in the Penultimate round.
Chippa were held to a frustrating 2-all draw by relegation-threatened Baroka at home this past weekend and they will be hoping to do things right when they face Maswaiswai.
The Gqeberha-based outfit are currently placed 13th on the table with 28 points, six points clear from the relegation zone.
But the 37-year-old mentor is backing his players to do everything in their power to save the team from getting themselves in the danger zone.
“We have to do our best to get the three points or a point out of this game and by doing so, we will obviously secure our status,” said Lentjies.
“However, the mood is good obviously in the camp and the guys are positive, as we are two games away to end the season. At this moment, getting positive points that will help us in our situation is of paramount importance.
“We want to play our football. We have our own identity and culture within the club. Whether we play home or away it doesn’t really matter. Our approach going into this game is to get maximum points.
“But we will not take our opponents for granted as they have quality players and they managed to finish in the top eight last season even though tables have turned against them this season.”
Chippa will face the Dube Birds at Dobsonville Stadium on Saturday, 14 May. The kick-off is at 15:00 in the afternoon.
