As reported by leading SABC Sport journalist Mazola Molefe on Monday, goalkeeper Melusi Buthelezi “is on the verge of putting pen to paper”. The report suggests that the 25-year-old – who has impressed for TS Galaxy this season and earned a Bafana call-up last November – is line to make a blockbuster move to the Soweto giants.

This report was backed up by another reputable publication, with iDiski Times reporting that he will join Pirates at the end of this season.
