LaConco shows off her new body after surgery
Reality TV personality Nonkanyiso Conco, popularly known as LaConco, has set social media abuzz after sharing new photos of her physique weeks after undergoing another cosmetic procedure.
The former The Real Housewives of Durban star took to Instagram posting images of herself in a figure-hugging long dress from Fudge Boutique.
The photos highlighted her post-surgery body following her latest procedure.
LaConco reportedly gifted herself a tummy tuck on Valentine’s Day, 14 February 2026.
This marks her third cosmetic surgery in recent years.
In 2022, she underwent liposuction after opening up about struggling to shed baby weight, and in early 2023, she had additional work done on her arms.
While many fans complimented her confidence and praised her appearance, the post also drew criticism.
