LaConco reacts to Jacob Zuma’s surprise school visit for son

Former president Jacob Zuma made a surprise appearance at his son’s school Spotlight Day, leaving the mother of his child, reality star Laconco deeply emotional and grateful.

She praised both Zuma and his son, Duduzane Zuma for their support in an Instagram Story.

JACOB ZUMA SURPRISES SON AT SCHOOL

Real Housewives of Durban star Nonkanyiso “Laconco” Conco shared a touching post after the father of child, former president Jacob Zuma attended their son’s recent school Spotlight Day. LaConco described the occasion as a meaningful family moment.

Taking to Instagram, Laconco thanked Zuma for coming through to support their son.

“Iqiniso olenzele umfana wakho Jigga,ngiyabonga,” meaning the promise you made for your son, I’m grateful.

LaConco was also grateful that Duduzane Zuma, who is her son’s older half-brother showed up. She expressed that he shared encouraging words and guidance to her young son.

“May the words you have spoken big brother be engraved in his ears,” she wrote.

WHAT IS LACONCO’S RELATIONSHIP WITH JACOB ZUMA?

LaConco has been relatively private about her co-parenting relationship with the father of her son.

Back in 2024, she expressed that she has no romantic interest in Zuma. She did however express that she acts in the best interest of her son.

“Hear this from me, I have no romantic interest in the father of my son, it died years ago. As a mother I’m here for what’s right for Sakha. Which is quality time with his family. I’ve never been a mean person, showing my respect and kindness to his family including him after it ‘ALL’. Don’t mistaken it with ‘ngisa’ cha. Also, I will never change who I am because of the past,” she wrote.

“So ke I’m a single woman raising a boy child, I know love that I deserve will find me one day and build a new chapter with that special someone,” she wrote.
