Khanyi Mbau Intimidated By Zari!??
If there’s one SA celebrity that exudes confidence then that’s Khanyi Mbau, however, on the Young, Famous and African show has insecurities ‘screamed louder than a woman in labour!’
So the Netflix reality show which was supposed to be about ‘Young and Famous’ Africans has finally kicked off. So unfortunate that we didn’t get to see any young face as most of the cast is already going through the stage of menopause… but will just leave it at that.

Fans are now debating the interaction between Khanyi Mbau and Zari Hassan, with many believing that the other makes Khanyi feel inferior and insecure.
Murder on the Blue Train, episode six, includes a scene in which the cast is on a blue train at Zari’s invitation. Zari expresses her gratitude to everyone who accepted HER invitation. And, while the words appear innocent, her tone is certainly catty as she says them, as fans quickly noticed.
And, as if on cue, Khanyi rolled her eyes, indicating that Zari was clearly targeting someone with her comments. There’s also a scene in which the South African star comes up to Zari and gives her a serious tongue lashing about being bad vibes.
It didn’t take time for viewers to notice Khanyi’s attitude towards the Ugandan socialite. And they believe Khanyi is so used to being the centre of attention that she dislikes Zari because she always steals the limelight.
They are convinced that Khanyi is the true mean girl of the show and she tries very hard to Bluetooth others, particularly Nadia Nakai, to dislike Zari simply because she has an issue with her that has nothing to do with actual events and everything to do with her insecurities.
