Mzansi singer Kelly Khumalo’s mom Ntombi opened up about former Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa and his daughter Thingo, on the latest episode of Life with Kelly Khumalo which aired on Showmax on 16 August.
Kelly Khumalo and Senzo Meyiwa have an eight-year-old daughter named Thingo together. The singer broke the news of the second docket – which implicates everyone who was in the house the night the soccer star was killed, in his murder – to her mom Ntombi.
The soccer star is believed to have been killed in a botched robbery at Ntombi’s home in Vosloorus, Gauteng on 26 October 2014. Ntombi expressed that her daughter is hurt because she lost someone she loved.
“They don’t want peace for our family. My daughter is hurt, she lost someone she loved,” said Ntombi.
She also said that Thingo is a carbon copy of he dad.
“He left a carbon copy of himself. His child is a carbon copy of himself,” she continued.

The singer visited a numerologist named Cindy who told her that Thingo is guided by her father and grandmother.
“I must tell you that Thingo has her grandmother by her side and father,” said Cindy.
Kelly expressed that she is so glad that Senzo is with Thingo because she prays to him to be there for her.
“He father oh my god. I’m glad, I’m so glad. It’s tough, but knowing that he is there… because I always ask him, ‘please just be there for her’,” she said.
“That has brought me so much comfort – knowing that the soccer star is with Thingo all the time. You don’t know what that means to me,” she continued.
