Sekhukhune United midfielder Willard Katsande says it will be important to get maximum points in their last two games of the season, starting with Kaizer Chiefs at home so as to finish on a high and give their supporters something to cheer about.

“The last two games are important for us to finish on a high, especially the one we playing at home. We need to give our supporters something to enjoy during off-season break, as they were not there beginning of the season, but their messages, their support were coming to us,” said Katsande.

“The past three games they’ve been supportive especially against AmaZulu, they travelled all they way to Durban to support the guys. The atmosphere was good, hope they will bring the same atmosphere at home when we playing Kaizer Chiefs.”

“We know Kaizer Chiefs is a big and supported team, we want to make our small section of our small supporters happy.” The former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder praised the club’s working environment describing it as ‘good’ in helping the team going forward.

“The mood in the camp is quite good and the bonding is okay. Everybody is accepting each other in the team. The environment is good.”

“We managed and accumulated maximum points to stay in the league, now it’s a matter of consolidating our place going forward.”

Babina Noko will wrap-up the season against Nedbank Cup finalists Marumo Gallants on 21 May.
