Sekhukhune United and Kappa have ended their partnership as the club will team up with a new kit manufacturer next season.
Talks are ‘ongoing’ with a ‘big brand’ for next season, iDiski Times understands, with the Kappa partnership not being an actual kit sponsorship for the ambitious club.
The original agreement was set just to provide the top-flight outfit with kits and further apparel but with Babina Noko now establishing themselves as a brand in South African football, they are seeking a more fruitful arrangement moving forward.
With Kappa teaming up with Kaizer Chiefs for the 2023/24 season and beyond after their ended sponsorship with Nike, the relationship is said to have reached an all-time low.
Sekhukhune will now be aiming to secure a sponsorship for their kits next season to provide further investment into one of the most exciting upcoming clubs in the league.
