Kaizer Chiefs are set for a massive clear-out having already parted ways with their technical team.

On Tuesday, the club announced that the co-coaches, Khalil Ben Youssef and Cedric Kaze will leave the club as well as conditioning coach Majdi Safi.

On Wednesday, Amakhosi announced the departure of goalkeeper coach Ilyes Mzoughi.

“Goalkeeper coach Ilyes Mzoughi is leaving Kaizer Chiefs as his two-year contract with the Club comes to an end,” Amakhosi said in a statement.

“Mzoughi has overseen the goalkeeping department for the past two seasons and was part of the technical team that guided the Club to the Nedbank Cup triumph at the end of last season.

Wishing coach Mzoughi all the best in the future.”

Kaizer Chiefs to pound on Moloisane?

Thabo Moloisane is now a free agent after parting ways with Stellenbosch FC. The 26-year-old quality defender has been linked with several teams such as Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns as well as Amakhosi.

With Ben Youssef and Kaze gone, Kaizer Chiefs have been linked with Krunoslav Jurcic, who is set to part ways with Pyramids FC.

Besides Jurcic, Amakhosi have been linked with Manqoba Mngqithi and Pitso Mosimane. The former is said to have handed his resignation at Lamontville Golden Arrows.

In terms of departures of players, the club has yet to make any formal announcement. Glody Lilepo is one of the players expected to leave.

Kaizer Chiefs are set to take their pre-season tour to the Netherlands in July.

Which players should Amakhosi sign?
