Kaizer Chiefs striker moving to PSL club in KZN?

Kaizer Chiefs striker Tashreeq Morris could be swapping Soweto for Durban City, linking up with Gavin Hunt to fire the Citizens to a strong start to the Betway Premiership.

The 31-year-old from Mitchells Plain, Cape Town, joined Amakhosi in January 2025 from the now-defunct SuperSport United, but he’s struggled to make his mark, failing to score in 10 appearances.

Nevertheless, his former SuperSport coach Hunt is reportedly calling the Cape Town Spurs academy graduate’s name.

DURBAN CITY TO SIGN TASHREEQ MORRIS FROM KAIZER CHIEFS?

Durban City, back in the top-flight this season, are hunting for firepower, and coach Hunt has reportedly asked for Morris on loan, with a permanent move possible.

The Citizens have leaned heavily on Joslin Kamatuka and Jean Lwamba so far, and Morris could bring that seasoned striker punch they’ve been missing.

WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS EXPECTED MOVE?
