Kaizer Chiefs news: Nabi announcement and Ngcobo

This is far from ideal. Kaizer Chiefs are set to face Stellenbosch FC at the Athlone Stadium on Sunday, but unfortunate personal circumstances have led to a sudden change in their coaching plans just days before kick-off.

The club confirmed on Saturday that coach Nabi will not be travelling with the squad to the Western Cape.

This news comes as a significant blow to the team’s early preparations, with the opening fixture expected to set the tone for a highly anticipated season under Nabi’s leadership.
