The State has opposed bail for Durban protest accused Siphelele “Magolide” Shinga, Wandile Nsibande and Malizo Dzanibe, arguing in the Durban Magistrates’ Court that their conduct during the anti-immigration unrest was unacceptable.
Nsibande’s bail application has been postponed amid concerns over his previous kidnapping conviction, parole status and a pending assault case.
