Reflecting on his past actions, He expressed regret for the accident that led to his imprisonment. However, he stated that he does not regret going to prison, as it forced him to reevaluate his life and priorities.
He had previously been too caught up in his own lifestyle to pay attention to what his ancestors wanted and neglected his spiritual connection with God. Prison provided him with the solitude and opportunity to reconnect.
Controversial Claims and Apology to Kelly Khumalo
Jub Jub caused a stir on social media earlier this year when he made shocking claims during an interview on Podcast and Chill. The Uyajola 99 presenter alleged that his son’s mother, Kelly Khumalo, had used “muti” (traditional medicine) against him. However, after reflecting on his actions, Jub Jub realized that he had wronged Khumalo and publicly apologized to her.
During his conversation with Mrototo, he expressed remorse for his behaviour towards Khumalo and admitted that he should have privately apologized to her earlier. He acknowledged that his actions were unjust and that he would have apologized regardless of whether it was in public or private.

Legal Troubles and Silence on Recent Charges
Jub Jub recently made headlines when he was arrested and appeared in the Johannesburg magistrate’s court. He faced charges of rape, attempted murder, assault, and kidnapping. When asked about the charges, the presenter chose not to comment, stating that everyone is entitled to their own actions.
He emphasized that he knows who he is and what he stands for. Jub Jub mentioned his three beautiful sisters and stated that if anyone laid a hand on them, he would not wait for the justice system to take action.
On August 24, he made a brief appearance in court, and his case was postponed to November 8 to allow him to consult with his lawyer.
