Nonkanyiso “LaConco” Conco checked herself in for the tummy tuck she gifted herself for Valentine’s Day.

The excited media personality documented her process from preparations ahead of the operation to checking herself into the Bedfordview, Johannesburg clinic.

LaConco came into the spotlight as the 24-year-old woman who had a son, Sakhumuzi, with then-President Jacob Zuma in 2018.

On the back of her new fame, she starred in The Real Housewives of Durban seasons 1 and 2, as well as The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip – South Africa in 2024.

LaConco continued to elevate herself in the media space, hosting DStv shows like Utatakho and Ingane Yam. She was also the voice of the Zulu version of Bluey.

Of her cosmetic procedure, LaConco says she is showing herself love this Valentine’s Day by gifting herself with a tummy tuck.

In preparation for the surgery, LaConco took blood tests and x-rays as the doctor’s request.

And because she did not know how her recovery would go, she also did a few beauty treatments, including a facial and brow shaping.
