Jacaranda FM is riding high after scoring an impressive 12 nominations for the 2025 Telkom Radio Awards, a recognition of the station’s blend of feel-good music, compelling shows and consistent community impact.

The station earned spots across major categories such as programming, podcasting, news, sport and station imaging.

Among the standout nominations are The Drive with Rob & Roz for Best Afternoon Show, Breakfast with Martin Bester for Best Breakfast Show, and Good Morning Angels, which secured nominations for both Best Podcast and Community Project.

Martin Bester also received a nod for Best Breakfast Presenter, and contributors including Wayne van Jaarsveld, Marlinée Fouché and Xola Ntshinga were recognised for their individual roles.

The list is rounded out by nominations for The Workzone, Dad Band for Multi-Channel Promotion, and a station imaging nomination for Jacaranda FM itself.

Reflecting on the achievement, Managing Director Vuyani Dombo praised the team’s dedication.

“Each nomination represents the dedication, creativity and heart our team pours into creating meaningful, entertaining and feel-good content,” he said.
