Kaizer Chiefs icon and former Bafana Bafana captain Itumeleng Khune has partnered with the Ruimsig Football Academy of Excellence to launch Distribution 101, a specialised goalkeeping coaching programme.

Renowned for revolutionising South African football with his world-class distribution and composure, Khune aims to pass his extensive experience to the nation’s youth.

The curriculum focuses on the essential skills of the modern goalkeeper, specifically targeting ball distribution, tactical decision-making, and defensive command.

The programme is open to aspiring players in the U12 to U18 age groups, providing a unique opportunity for young talent to learn directly from one of the most decorated figures in the domestic game.

Operating out of Avianto Private School in Mulder Street, the academy is now officially accepting applications.

In a recent social media announcement, Khune expressed his excitement for the venture, encouraging young keepers to sign up.
