Gauteng

Temperature: Fine and warm.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Extreme.

Mpumalanga

Temperature: Partly cloudy and cold to cool, but cloudy in the east with drizzle and morning fog along the escarpment.

Limpopo

Temperature: Partly cloudy and cool to warm, but cloudy in the east with drizzle and morning fog along the escarpment. It will become fine in the south-west from the afternoon.

North West

Temperature: Fine and warm to hot.

Free State

Temperature: Fine and warm.

Northern Cape

Temperature: Fine and warm to hot but cool along the coast and southern interior.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong south-easterly.

Western Cape

Temperature: Morning fog over the southern interior, otherwise fine and hot to warm but cool along the extreme south-west coast.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate southerly, but moderate to fresh easterly to north- easterly along the south coast becoming light and variable from the afternoon.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.

Eastern Cape

The Western half: Fog patches in places over the interior in the morning, otherwise fine and warm.

The Western half – The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north- easterly.

The Eastern half: Fog patches in places over the northern interior, otherwise fine and warm.

The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong north- easterly.

KwaZulu-Natal

Temperature: Cloudy at first with morning light rain over the midlands and morning fog patches in places over the interior, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate easterly to south-easterly, becoming moderate to fresh north-easterly from the south by late morning, spreading to the north by evening.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.
