iDiski Times’ Team Of The Season

In this week’s iDiski Times’ newspaper, all our journalists were asked to vote for their PSL Team of the Season.

The teams were picked based on performances in domestic football only, ie the DStv Premiership, MTN8 and Nedbank Cup. 

We then collated all votes from our journalists to create the official iDiski Times’ Team of the Season.

The team includes four Mamelodi Sundowns players, namely Peter Shalulile, PSL Footballer of the Season Teboho Mokwena, Neo Maema, Khuliso Mudau and Ronwen Williams, who was one of the two players, who appeared in teams of our journalists.

The other is DStv Premiership Players’ Player of the Season, Monnapule Saleng, who is one of three Orlando Pirates players alongside Paseka Mako and Nkosinathi Sibisi.

Stellenbosch FC’s Junior Mendieta appeared in all but one selections, while Cape Town City’s Khanyisa Mayo and TS Galaxy’s Given Msimango complete the iDiski Times’ Team of the Season.
